The Lakes at Lemmon Valley is a vision of Charles P. Bluth, Founder, and President of highly successful and prestigious businesses and developments throughout the West.  Today, as the owner and developer of The Lakes at Lemmon Valley, Mr. Bluth has set forth to build and operate this luxury apartment community mirroring his iconic business mantra that “nothing but the best will do.”

 

Within a half-century of his life, Mr. Bluth has acquired and refined his entrepreneurial spirit and business savvy that afforded him the opportunity to launch twenty-four separate and diversified companies, operating fifteen of those businesses simultaneously during this high point in his career.  

 

He is also the largest private residential construction lender in the state of Nevada and founder of the "Defenders of Freedom" program in Reno, Nevada … a Non-Profit organization that built and donated a custom home to an injured Iraq Veteran and his family.

 

All of which have resulted in unprecedented success for all involved.

A $150 million residential home development which is one of the most premier gated communities in Southern California today

 

Santa Anita Inn (across from the Santa Anita Racetrack) ~ Arcadia, CA

The premier host hotel for racetrack events that Mr. Bluth purchased and completely remodeled

 

West-coast Apartment Communities ~ (CA, NV, AZ)

Over 3,000 units under his ownership, construction and management + 2,500 additional units under management

 

Mission Bay Marina (San Diego, CA)

The largest brokerage and sales operation on the West Coast of the United States which he entirely renovated and rebuilt with 300 boat slips, repair and maintenance facilities, food service facilities- resulting in one of the largest full-service marinas in Southern California

 

Cal-Neva Resort, Casino, Hotel & Spa (Crystal Bay, NV)

Historic North Lake Tahoe resort hotel (dormant for three years prior to purchase) which he completely refurbished and upgrade to a full-service destination for year-around lodging, casino entertainment, weddings, conventions, entertainment, and special events
